Jordan Helo was my wedding planner from start to finish. She worked with me since January 2013 until my wedding day, April 4, 2014. She has helped me through the baby stages of brain storming for themes, colors, venue search down to the culmination of my beautiful wedding day. She has a great amount of attention to detail and patience. She is skilled and experienced in facilitating meetings, clear communication correspondence, helpful timeline templates, holding ceremonial rehearsal practice and plenty more. She attended meetings with potential vendors and helped communicate my vision to them to see which vendor would be the best fit for my style, budget and event. The day of the wedding, Jordan was punctual, flexible and never seen not helping. She checked in with me and family members periodically through the whole day to ensure the perfect wedding event. She was very thoughtful and made sure my husband and I were able to eat dinner amidst all the wedding excitement. She was there to guide our all of our reception activities, (i.e. first dance and cake cutting.) At the end of the night, she stayed until all guests and vendors departed to ensure all loose ends were tied up with our venue. She has been a great asset to me and my husband. I couldn’t imagine having my wedding planned and ran smoothly without Jordan as my wedding coordinator. I would highly recommend Jordan to coordinate any event size and budget, large or small. Where do I even begin!? I got engaged in December and got only 6 months to plan my wedding. While I enjoyed doing the planning process, I didn't realize how many vital details I was missing until I met with Jordan! She has been such a joy and blessing through this process for me and to this day I still struggle to find a way to thank her enough for all that she has done. At first I was a little worried because she was so calm and collected, didn't ask too many questions but extremely confident/assuring that all my ideas and vision for the big day was going to work out! While I was freaking out and worried things were going to fall through, Jordan was working in the background to make sure all those worries were addressed and executed. I can't brag or recommender her enough because there are just so many wonderful qualities about her work ethic and I can confidently say that I wouldn't trust any one else with my wedding than I did with her. And if that's not convincing enough, I still have family members calling me and telling me how wonderful she was (not just with me and helping me plan the day) but she was an incredible host TO MY GUESTS and always made sure everyone was taken care of and all stations were refilled! Jordan also took the time to fill my and Lance's plate while we were greeting everyone and constantly checked up to make sure we had everything we needed. What really blew Lance and myself way, was that when the day was finally over and we climbed in the truck, she had to bottle of ice cold water in holders for us. It seems so silly and small but that gesture just really went to show us how incredibly reliable and caring she was! All I can really say is that everything from the set up, the wedding, the clean up and everything in between, Jordan NAILED IT! I couldn't be any more happy with her! Jordan Helo is an amazing person and coordinator! My husband and I hired her about 6-7 months before the wedding that I thought that I was prepared for, but I was unaware of all of the small things I was missing until I first met with her! She is very detailed oriented, familiar with different cultural weddings, very organized, and most of all, she was a pleasure to work with! Jordan responded to all of my emails promptly, was flexible with my wishes/requests, and met up with me numerous times! She was supportive throughout the entire planning process and checked in on how I was even doing! Not many coordinators that I know of take the time to care about the person or people that they are planning an event for! She was incredible working with me and my relatives since every weeding includes other family members! My family is a little difficult to handle, and Jordan took charge in a very polite and constructive way that managed the chaos of my family. She was flexible and kind with everyone, while also being able to manage every situation! During the wedding, I had never seen someone work so hard before! She was amazing and running around everywhere for me! Never once did she complain either! We had an issue with our flower delivery because we were missing some bouquets, and Jordan simply took care of it and would not let me know any details about the situation! She always made sure that I was taken care of and not stressed on the big day! She decorated my receptions space just has I had always imagined it or if I had done it myself! During the reception, she also came and checked on my husband and I to see if we needed anything! In every aspect of Jordan and her work, she is a 12 out of 10!!!! If you hire her, you will not be disappointed! Worth every penny to have piece of mind on your wedding day or at your significant event! -JG

Jordan Helo was our day of coordinator for our wedding. She was so much more than that during the planning process and truly went above and beyond for us. Jordan was easy to get in touch with when needed during the planning process and always responded quickly when I contacted her. She helped me with ideas for planning the wedding when I was stuck and she was absolutely amazing on our wedding day. She made sure things were set up properly, ran on schedule and stayed until the very end of the evening until the rentals were picked up. She is extremely organized, punctual, wonderful to work with and definitely knows her business. She took care of everything from reminding us of payment due dates for vendors before the wedding as well as making sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. She was on top of all the little and major details. She is so sweet and made sure to let us know when things were coming up during the evening (grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, etc.) and adjusted things as necessary when requested. I highly recommend her to anyone who is planning an event or wedding because she will take care of you. I cannot say this enough - she takes care of everything, you do not need to worry at all, you can just show up and enjoy your event. She makes sure to take care of anything you need help with.
